Villa Toma is one of the most luxurious holiday homes in Split and this part of Dalmatia with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. One of 20 houses located in the first private neighborhood in Split. This neighborhood is nicknamed 'Split's Beverly Hills' by the locals. Situated in the eastern part of the city, just eight kilometers from Diocletian's Palace and the city center, it is a perfect 'escape' from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough when you wish to change.
Villa Toma has four spacious bedrooms, equipped with double beds and five modern bathrooms. The lower terrace features a swimming pool, which is a favorite spot for our guests, a place for sunbathing, socializing, and pool sports. The second terrace is located on top of the house offering a better view of the islands and Stobreč. Two kitchens where you can prepare meals for your loved ones.

The city center is just a ten-minute drive from our villas. Split offers numerous events, especially in the summer months. The most significant is the Ultra Europe festival, which attracts tens of thousands of young people eager for good electronic music. The surroundings offer countless opportunities such as rafting on Cetina, trips to Krka National Park, and touring the Dalmatian islands.
